Anti-nutrients Consumed by Nearly Every American

For a majority of my life, I ate grain-based foods at almost every meal. Breakfast usually included toast, cereal, pastries or a burrito. Then, lunch came around and I’d have whatever food the school cafeteria was serving; a sandwich, burger, pizza or pasta dish. At home for dinner, my mom would make very traditional Mexican meals; which almost always included tortillas or bread. Let’s not take into account the snacks I’d eat; any Little Debbie™ product I could get my hands on. This was normal to me; as it still is now for many American adults and children. What isn’t normal, however, is obesity, autoimmune diseases, skin problems, joint and muscle aches, digestive problems and several other diseases triggered as a result of the anti-nutrients delivered from grain-based products. An anti-nutrient is a substance, present in grains and legumes, that compromise one’s health. While a nutrient, on the other hand, is a substance that nourishes growth and the maintenance of life. There are four major anti-nutrients found in grains: Lectins, Gluten, Phytates and Saponins. Although Lectins, Phytates and Saponins provide some nutritional benefits when present in moderation, excessive amounts of these in the blood stream are damaging. Certain forms of Lectin suppress immune function, interfere with normal protective gut barriers and promote systematic inflammation. When Phytates are consumed in excess, they bind to essential minerals in the digestive tract, making them difficult to absorb; leading to nutrient deficiencies and other health problems. Saponins, found in legumes, while deemed less harmful, are still capable of infiltrating cell membranes; compromising function, especially towards the immune system. Gluten is a term we are all very familiar with. It’s the most common anti-nutrient; which is believed to affect millions around the globe. Although some individuals still do not believe they are gluten intolerant, some side effects of gluten consumption include bloating, constipation, gas, acid reflux, IBS (and other bowl problems), allergies, migraines, and skin & joint conditions. Gratitude is a powerful thing to work out when we are aiming to develop more abundance in our lives. Why? Due to the fact that as we concentrate on all that we are grateful for, we begin to feel more plentiful, and when we start to feel more abundant we then begin to attract flow of abundance in our lives. Exactly what you focus on grows. Like brings in like. That"s why you won"t increase the abundance in your life by focusing on all that you do not have.


There is a true blessing for us in the caring expression of gratitude. As we focus on what we have, we create more of it. As we focus on our joy, we produce more of that. As we focus on love, we indeed produce more of that, and love is core and central to all manifestation in our lives. When you create from a place of love and objective your life will end up being more jubilant and rich that you could have ever anticipated.

You would discover that your world might conform to more of your liking if you focused on what you did certainly desire to see. "I like this, I like that ... oh and I truly enjoy that!" What a shift in vibration, do you see?


2. Value and be grateful about something about you. Be grateful that you have a beautiful smile and a heart of gold. Be grateful that you are a savvy company person, or that you are innovative or user-friendly. Be grateful that you are a terrific moms and dad. Be grateful that you are not ideal. (Would not that be a bore?).


3 If its difficult to find something to be grateful about yourself, start by looking around your world and appreciating that. The snow, the leaves, the sun. Search for beauty in your life. Focus on the penny that you do have vs. the one that you don"t.


4. Keep track of all the good ideas that happen to you in your calendar or daily journal ... even the little things. This affirms that advantages do come your way, and you can start to trust in God and the Universe as the source of your supply. Value the synchronicities that occur in your life, they were offered to you as a present to verify that you are undoubtedly on the best course.


5. Want to see some fast results? For the next 1 Month - reserved time to compose for 10 minutes all the favorable things you can about your life, your relationships, your body, your work, your house etc etc. You will not be the exact same individual at the end of those 30 days!


6. Open your mouth and let the appreciation circulation from your heart. You will find incredible things start to happen to you and those around you. Can you picture what might occur? Have fun with this and love somebody today.

Where Are Home Values Headed Over the Next 5 Years?

Today, many real estate conversations center on housing prices and where they may be headed. That is why we like the Home Price Expectation Survey.

Every quarter, Pulsenomics surveys a nationwide panel of over one hundred economists, real estate experts and investment & market strategists about where they believe prices are headed over the next five years. They then average the projections of all 100+ experts into a single number.

The results of their latest survey:

Home values will appreciate by 4.0% over the course of 2016, 3.4% in 2017 and 3.0% in the next two years, and finally 2.8% in 2020 (as shown below). That means the average annual appreciation will be 3.2% over the next 5 years.

The prediction for cumulative appreciation slowed slightly from 25.0% to 24.7% by 2020. The experts making up the most bearish quartile of the survey are still projecting a cumulative appreciation of 9.9%.

Bottom Line

Individual opinions make headlines. We believe the survey is a fairer depiction of future values.
